Newlaz retrofit Bystronic Bystar4025L-80 machine in Mexico. This machine is working with IPG 4KW and Precitec Lightcutter Laser Head.Now It’s working well for mass production.
This is one of the Bystronic retrofit solutions in China. This Bysprint4020 machine is equipped with 6kw Raycus fiber laser source and Raytools laser cutting head.
Another Bystronic series retrofit solution: we upgrade this Bysprint 3015 with 6kw power, the cutting speed and cutting quality is satisfactory.
In terms of 3kw retrofit, Newlaz’s solution is very mature. This Byspeed 3015 retains the original superior performance, and cutting speed is greatly improved.
In this project, Newlaz upgrade the old Bysprint 4020 to 12kw successfully. It is fitted with Precitec Procutter 2.0. For mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, the cutting ability can up to 40mm.
After retrofitting CO2 Bysprint 3015 with 3kw fiber laser, it works excellently and also improves production ability.
