Explaination Of Four Indicator Lights Of Laser Cutting Head BS06K

If you have chosen this laser cutting head, to ensure laser head process normally, you must need to know what those four indicator lights stand for.

From the left to the right, they are light one, light two, light three and light four.

Light One:

  • Green light: laser head works normally
  • Green light flashing: Focusing motor returning to zero
  • Red light:
  • Red light flashing: motor error
  • One red light and one green light flashing: screw rod limit switch error
  • Two red light and one green light flashing: hardware fault signal trigger of WIFI board

Light Two:

  • Green light: laser head works normally
  • Red light: temperature of upper protective lens is abnormal
  • Two red light flashing: temperature of focusing lens is abnormal
  • One red light and one green light flashing: sensor of upper protective lens is fault
  • Two red light and green light flashing: sensor of focusing lens is fault

Light Three:

  • Green light: laser head works normally
  • Red light: temperature of lower protective lens is abnormal
  • Red light flashing: lower protective lens is not installed or installed incorrectly
  • One red and one green light flashing: sensor of lower protective lens is falut

Light Four:

  • Green light: laser head works normally
  • Red light: inside temperature is abnormal
  • Red light flashing: The focusing lens base has air leakage
  • One red and one green light flashing: temperature sensor inside is fault
  • Two red light and one green light flashing: pressure sensor inside is fault

Pls note that when laser cutting head is upgrading online, four green light and four red light will indicate with alternating flow.
